The winner of this award was truly inspirational and extremely supportive in the months leading up to, and also following, the tragic loss of Beaver Leader Peter Buckle, assisting Peter and his family in any way that she possibly could. She was at Peter’s bedside day in and day out to ensure that his needs were fully met. She also admirably conducted the service for Peter’s funeral. She is an inspiration to us all.
Chief Scout Awards
Well done to all the young members below, who have achieved the top award for their Section. To earn top awards, young members complete challenges and earn badges and the older sections also have to complete an expedition. It takes commitment and hard work, and it’s fantastic to see so many young members achieving their top awards – congratulations and well done! We’d also like to say a big thank you to our volunteer teams for ensuring our young members can succeed.
